Daiya Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd (DEC) was incorporated in 1987 as a main contractor providing building construction services to the petroleum stations and private residential sector in Singapore.
Since our humble inception in 1987, the company has chalked up an impressive track record in the petroleum stations, high-end residential, and Good Class Bungalows (GCB) projects. We have earned ourselves the reputation for consistently delivering products of the highest quality. We are proud to have won numerous accolades and awards from our developers and the various key agencies in the industry.
Today, DEC has grown into a multi-disciplinary organization with a staff strength of 100 and 300 direct workers. We have our own fleet of cranes, excavators, and lorries to support our works. To complement our construction business, we have also expanded into specialized services such as aluminum, timber, and steel fabrication works.
DEC is well-positioned to continue growing from strength to strength. With the Company’s proven track records and experience, we are poised for more challenging projects and future growth ahead.
